The information contained in this Site is primarily reference information designed for licensed property casualty insurance agents within Ohio. You agree that any information you provide through this Site will be truthful and accurate. You may not use the Site either directly or indirectly to support any illegal activity. You may not frame or mirror the Site unless authorized by SUG in writing. You may not use this Site to engage in conduct which is defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing or that infringes on a third party’s intellectual property or proprietary rights (“Prohibited Activity”). In the event SUG has a reasonable belief you have engaged in Prohibited Activity, SUG reserves the right to disclose any information you provide through use of this Site to law enforcement authorities as deemed appropriate in the sole discretion of SUG. This Site should not be used to interpret any provision of an insurance policy.

Some portions of this Site are restricted and require authorization in order to gain access (the “Restricted Areas”). You must register with SUG in order to gain access to the Restricted Areas, and in order to take advantage of the single sign on feature of the Site (and other websites to which the single sign on feature will permit access). Unauthorized use of or access to these areas, including the provision of false information to SUG or its business associates in order to gain such access, is prohibited. Actual or attempted unauthorized use of or access to the Restricted Areas or other such areas may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. Any attempts to access such areas without authorization may be viewed, monitored and recorded and any information obtained may be given to law enforcement organizations in connection with any investigation or prosecution of possible criminal activity on this system. If you are an authorized user of any Restricted Area, you are responsible to maintain the security/confidentiality of your password. SUG will not ask you for your password. If you know or suspect that your password has been compromised, please change your password immediately. If you suspect any unauthorized activity related to your account, you should contact SUG. SUG will not be responsible if you do not properly secure your password or if you choose to share your password with anyone else.

SUG and its suppliers reserve all rights to intellectual property distributed through the Site including but without limitation , any manuals, training materials, and policy descriptions. Except where otherwise indicated, all materials on the Site including but not limited to video, audio, graphics, text, software, and files, are the property of SUG or its suppliers and are protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws. You may view any videos, and view and print out a single copy of pages on this Site for your personal, non-commercial use provided that all copyright, trademark or other notices are retained. You are not authorized to use any portion of this Site or any other SUG intellectual property on any other site, in the meta-tags of any other site or in any other materials. You may not modify, publish, create derivative works, copy, distribute, or otherwise use any of this Site’s content or frame this Site within any other site absent the express written consent of an executive of SUG.
